Beer & Beef Stew

Description

Ingredients

  • 500grms beef steak
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 medium tomatoes, blended
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 large potatoes, quartered
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp dry oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste 
  • Golden fry oil

Directions

In your cooking pan that is over medium heat, add Golden fry cooking oil Add the meat and cook until all the moisture is gone and the meat is browned
Add the chopped onions and garlic, cook until onions are fragrant Add the blended tomatoes and tomato paste, combine everything together then add paprika, nutmeg and oregano. Mix until well incorporated
Pour in the beer and water then add the carrots and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper
Cover and let it cook on medium-low heat for 20mins or until the potatoes are done serve!
