Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ Red pepper 
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 grams Bacon
  • Handful Spinach 
  • ¼ cup Mozarella cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • Vegetable oil

Directions

Start by preheating your oven to 180 degrees. Cook bacon on a pan for a few minutes then cut up into small cubes. Set aside.
Beat eggs in a bowl with whisk and add milk. Season with a teaspoon of curry powder, pinch of salt and black pepper.
Chop up spinach, red pepper, onions and mix into egg mixture. Add in the bacon and grated cheese and mix well.
Take a greased cupcake baking tray and divide the mixture on the tray. Top with a sprinkle of cheese on each and bake for 15 minutes.
