Description

An easy, beginner friendly break recipe that willdefinitely leave your guests impressed.

Ingredients

  • 120 ml Olive Gold oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3 cloves of Rosemary
  • Black pepper
  • 10 grams of Active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of Honey
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of warm water
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

Combine the flour, active dry yeast, honey and salt. Add in the warm water slowly and start mixing with a cup until you get a shaggy dough. Knead with your hands, using 1 tablespoon of olive oil to help with the kneading.
Knead for about 5-10 minutes. Transfer the dough into an oiled bowl and cover with a clean kitchen towel or cling film. Place in the fridge and let it proof for about 8-24 hours. If you are in a rush, let it proof for 3-4 hours. Oil a baking pan generously and place the proofed dough.
Knead briefly and turn the dough around. Allow it to proof for 1 more hour. Once risen, create indents with your fingers creating air bubbles.
Add chopped garlic into the indents, bits of fresh rosemary and pour over it a generous amount of olive oil. Bake at 170 degrees celsius for 20-30 minutes until beautifully golden brown.
