Ingredients

FOR CHILI PASTE
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp red miso paste/tomato paste
  • ¼ cup Korean chili powder/cayenne
  • 2tbs fish sauce
  • 2tbs rice vinegar
  • 2tbs sake
  • sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to season
FOR CHICKEN
  • 250g chicken strips
  • 1tbs chili paste
  • 2tbs gold fry
FOR NOODLES
  • Chicken noodies
  • Spring onions
  • carrots

Directions

Combine all the ingredients for chili paste into a pot and simmer until nice and viscous. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Cut chicken into strips and season with salt, pepper, and chili paste. In a hot wok, stir fry chicken with vegetables.
Cook noodles halfway through, then add to wok. Stir fry with chicken and veg; adding chili paste as you stir fry. Make sure noodles and chicken are both very well coated.
Serve and garnish with spring coriander
