Combine all the ingredients for chili paste into a pot and simmer until nice and viscous. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

Cut chicken into strips and season with salt, pepper, and chili paste. In a hot wok, stir fry chicken with vegetables.
Step 3
Cook noodles halfway through, then add to wok. Stir fry with chicken and veg; adding chili paste as you stir fry. Make sure noodles and chicken are both very well coated.
