Spicy Teriyaki Meatball Noodles

Ingredients

  • 500 grams mince meat
  • 3 Spicy beef sausages
  • 1 Egg 
  • ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
  • Minced Ginger
  • 4 minced cloves Garlic
  • Noodies
  • 1 Onion
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • Sesame seeds
  • Spring onions

Directions

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix minced meat, bread crumbs, spicy sausages, and egg together. Season with a pinch of salt.
Oil your hands then roll meat into small balls and place on a greased baking tray or a tray lined with foil and oil.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Once the meatballs are ready, heat oil on a pan. Add onions, ginger and garlic and cook for a min. Add brown sugar and soy sauce and mix well. Add in meatballs and check if salt is needed.
Boil noodles and serve with meatballs, and garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
