FOR TERIYAKI SAUCE Combine water, soy sauce and sugar to a pot. Simmer for 2 mins before adding aromatics. Simmer for another 2 mins before adding corn starch slurry to thicken up.
Step 2
Cool Teriyaki sauce and use 4 tablespoons to marinate beef strips. In a hot wok stir fry beef with julienned vegetables.
Step 3
Cook noodles halfway through, then add to wok. Stir fry with beef and veg; adding teriyaki sauce as you stir fry. Make sure noodles and chicken are both very well coated.
Step 4
Garnish with spring onions and toasted sesame seeds.
