Description

These super soft and tasty Burgers buns are guaranteed to take your burgers to the next level of goodness.

They go perfectly well on their own as well.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 cup whole milk/natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • 2 tbsp Instant Yeast
  • ¼ cup Gold Band Margarine
  • 1/2 Sungold Lite

Directions

Combine and knead Until dough is smooth. Let the dough proof for 1 hour.
Split into 9 pieces (depending on the size of buns you like). Place on baking sheet cover and proof for 10 minutes
Brush with egg wash and sesame seeds. Bake at 180 c for 20 minutes
Set aside to cool and they’re ready to enjoy
