A fun creative take on a simple egg sandwich, perfect to entertain kids and friends and make your next breakfast special.
Ingredients
3 tablespoons Gold Band Margarine
4 slices Whole Wheat sandwich bread
4 eggs
Garlic powder
Cheddar Cheese
Salt
Black Pepper
Directions
Step 1
Add 1 tablespoon of margarine to a pan on medium heat. Cut out a round hole in the middle of a large slice of bread.
Step 2
Slowly break the egg into the middle of the egg and cook on low heat. Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and black pepper. Cut out a round hole in the middle of a slice of cheese.
Step 3
Flip the bread and add some cheese to top. Cover and let this cook slowly until the cheese is completely melted. Garnish with fresh dhania and enjoy!
