This is a fun recipe to engage the whole family in. Shepherd’s Pie but make it creative!
Ingredients
10 chopped into small pieces
Assorted vegetables 1 for each; white and red onions, yellow, green, and red bell peppers.
Salt and pepper; 1 Tbsp each
10 large potatoes
1 cup of warm milk
½ cup grated cheese
Muffin sheets
2 tbsp Margarine
Directions
Step 1
Peel and wash your potatoes Add boiling water to a pot with 1 tablespoon of salt and boil until cooked through. Once ready, gradually add milk to the potatoes and mash until smooth like a baby’s puree.
Step 2
Add the margarine and give it one last mash. Add the sausages and assorted vegetables and mix everything. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
Step 3
In a muffin sheet start by layering your sheet with the potato mixture. Top with some cheese. Add one layer and finish off with some more cheese.
Step 4
Bake in the oven at 180 Degrees Celcius for 40 minutes. Remove and let them cool. Enjoy
