Description

This fruity, quick & easy dessert is absolutely delicious.  Made in the microwave, it’s perfect when you’re in the mood for dessert on demand for one.

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons cooked apple, pureed
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon Mariandazi baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
To serve
  • Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions

  • Step 1
Whisk butter, egg, milk, vanilla, and apple puree together in a bowl and sift in the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk to combine.
  • Step 2
Brush 2 mugs/ramekins with butter and pour batter into both. Microwave on full heat for 1 ½ to 2 minutes. Serve with ice cream
  • Notes / Special diet specifications
Each microwave has a different level of power – you can start with 1 ½ minute or 2 and a ½ minutes to see when it’s ready with a toothpick
